Four steps to your training.
Here's how the path from your doctor's prescription to regular training with us at the studio works.
Prescription
Your doctor issues a medical exercise therapy prescription, usually for 50 sessions. You then submit it to your health insurer, who approves the cost coverage.
Initial Consultation
In a personal first conversation at our studio, we clarify your health situation and goals, and find the right training group for you.
Group Training
You train regularly in a fixed small group under professional supervision, with exercises tailored to the group and your prescription.
Progress
We regularly review your training progress and adjust the exercises so you continue gaining mobility and strength.
For everyone with a doctor's prescription.
Medical exercise therapy suits people with a doctor-identified need for supervised movement training, for example after orthopedic surgery, chronic back pain, cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, or other conditions your doctor identifies.
Training takes place in small, fixed groups under professional supervision. The goal is to gradually improve your mobility, strength and endurance, and guide you toward lasting, regular movement.

The path through your doctor.
Talk to your family doctor, orthopedist, or treating specialist about medical exercise therapy. They'll assess whether a medical indication applies and, if so, issue the prescription on the relevant form.
